Amalia Galdona Broche is an incoming freshman majoring in Sculpture at Jacksonville University. As a Douglas Anderson School of the Arts student she participated in school-organized exhibitions as well as high school county shows. Having spent her childhood and early teen years in Cuba, her work is greatly influenced by her Hispanic roots and memories of her upbringing. She has lived in Jacksonville, Florida for the past four years.

Join us for the opening night celebration for this exhibition on Friday, August 24th.  Purchase $5 tickets on our website by clicking here.  Museum members will receive free admission.
